I was at the Neepawa compost site on Sunday, July 8 and saw that some idiot left an electric fireplace, two containers of paint thinner and some lumber there.

Did you not see the picture in the Banner & Press last week? I took the fireplace over to the metal dump. If the compost area keeps being used as a garbage dump by the 1 percent, the other 99 percent who follow the rules will lose the use of it. Use your heads people.
