The R. Burns Award
This award is given annually to the male or female who was outstanding in sportsmanship, leadership, and athletic ability throughout the year.

John Philip Sousa Band Award
This award is given each year to a graduating member or members of the Lions Band Graduating class in recognition of outstanding achievement and interest in instrumental music.

A certificate of Special Merit is presented to deserving students by Friesen Yearbooks in recognition of involvement in the Yearbook Program.

This award is offered to a student in the Life Skills Class for outstanding progress throughout the year.

Ducks Unlimited Canada Neepawa Chapter Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to someone registered in either conservation, water stewardship, land science or environmental science. The scholarship will be awarded upon proof of successful completion of the first term. It is not based solely on marks, but the student must show interest in being involved in the community and volunteerism.

RM of North Cypress/Langford Scholarship
The rural municipality of Langford celebrated its Centennial in July of 1991. The municipality offers a yearly bursary of $500.00. The student must meet the following criteria: resident of the Municipality of North Cypress-Langford, display excellent leadership and citizenship, and continuing on to higher education

Community Donor Award
The recipient will be continuing their education at least within two years of graduation in a university or community college. Scholastic excellence is not a mandatory criteria but will be considered as well as financial need.

Keith Jordan Memorial Bursary Award
This bursary is named in memory of Keith Jordan, a long serving Referee-in Chief for Neepawa Minor Hockey. Keith displayed a passion and commitment to the mentorship of young officials. This bursary is awarded to a graduating student attending NACI who displays similar characteristics to those of Keith’s; with knowledge for the game, and good teamwork skills. The recipient should have the ability to work with other developing officials. The recipient is responsible, enthusiastic and competent with a dedication to officiating in the Neepawa Minor Hockey Association.
The graduating student must be in good academic standing and must have officiated in his/her grade 12 year.

Neepawa and Area Retired Teachers Association Bursary
The Neepawa and Area Teachers Association Bursary is awarded to a student who is furthering their education within the next 2 years. They must show proof of registration and tuition payment for any course in an accredited institution.
Dasha Chekhovskaya - $200.00
Apprenticeship Scholarship
This scholarship is provided by two of out local tradespersons: John Electric and JC Lavich Construction.
The recipient must be entering into any apprenticeship vocation, either going directly to college or else the apprenticeship program.
Consideration will be given to citizenship and work ethic, but is not necessarily based on marks.

Matthew McConnell Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is named in honour of Matthew McConnell, an alumni of Neepawa Collegiate. Matthew was a dedicated and hardworking young man who was living in the Neepawa Area when he was tragically killed in a workplace accident. This scholarship will be awarded to a recipient who best demonstrates strong work ethic, commitment to community, a natural ability to build positive personal relationships and is currently or will be enrolled in a college or trade or agricultural program. This award is not based on academic achievement, but on character and spirit.

Beautiful Plains Farming for Tomorrow 4-H Scholarship
Recipient does not have to be involved in 4H but does have to live on a farm (grain/cattle or mixed) within the Beautiful Plains School Division. Recipient must be going on to post-secondary education. Community involvement and scholastic achievement may be considered but not mandatory. $500 awarded now, with the remaining awarded after proof of enrolment in Year 2.

Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary Scholarship
This award is offered annually to a graduating student who must be a descendent of a member of the Legion who is planning a future education.

Margaret Laurence Literary Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to a student who has shown promise in creative writing.
Chelsea Power - $200.00
Citizenship Award
This award will be awarded to two recipients, one female and one male student. This award is based on scholastic achievement, school and community involvement but more importantly, on citizenship. Respect shown to classmates and teachers and to the treatment of others is a must. The successful candidates must be going on to college or university and must be “all around” good people.

Beautiful Plains Teachers Association - Teaching as a career
This award is presented on behalf of the Beautiful Plains Teachers Association. The scholarship is awarded to a student who is attending the faculty of education and is based on academic achievement, leadership, and service.

Beautiful Plains Teachers Association Post Secondary Studies Scholarship
This award is presented on behalf of the Beautiful Plains Teachers Association. The scholarship is awarded to a student who is attending any post-secondary institution and is based on academic achievement, leadership and service.

Neepawa Area Health Auxiliary Scholarship
This award is offered to a graduating student who meets following criteria:
The recipient must be going on to further training in a health related area, immediately following high school graduation. The scholarship will be awarded upon proof of documentation of acceptance to the second year of the medical program or upon completion of a certificate medical program. Academic performance and school involvement will be considered.

Joan and Ron Gray Scholarship for Caring and Service to Others
The Joan and Ron Gray Scholarship for caring and Service for caring and Service to Others is given to a graduating NACI student who demonstrated his/her passion for caring and service to others who intends to pursue education or training in a caring profession.
The money shall be used by the recipient to pay his/her tuition or training costs or books or room and board.
Preference in the selection of the recipient shall be given to a qualified student who has overcome adversity in his/her life and who may be in a position of financial need.

Lawrence Hurrell Memorial Scholarship
The Lawrence Hurrell Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student entering a trade related field at a community college or by apprenticeship. This award is not judged by marks alone and consideration is given to school or community contribution.

Carl McGregor Bursary Fund
Mr. McGregor farmed in partnership with his father for many years. Mr. McGregor has set aside funds for an ongoing bursary program which is to be awarded annually to one student in each of Portage Collegiate, McGregor Collegiate and Neepawa Collegiate who is continuing their education in an agriculture or science related field and an area resident for at least 3 years.

Harris Pharmacy Scholarship
The Harris Pharmacy is offering two scholarships annually in the amount of $500.00 each .The scholarships are offered to a male and a female that have been actively involved at any level of athletics as a player, manager or volunteer and are continuing their involvement in athletics at the post-secondary level or are seeking a career in an athletic related field.

Chown Centennial Scholarship
The Chown Centennial Scholarship is awarded to a graduating student with a full course load who is registering at the University of Manitoba.
The recipient must have an average of 85% and be taking a high school study program that makes him or her eligible to enter any degree program of the University and be considered as one of the top academic graduates of N.A.C.I.
Vicky Elgert - $1,000.00 are offered to a male and a female that have been actively involved at any level of athletics as a player, manager or volunteer and are continuing their involvement in athletics at the post-secondary level or are seeking a career in an athletic related field.

Chown Centennial Scholarship
The Chown Centennial Scholarship is awarded to a graduating student with a full course load who is registering at the University of Manitoba.
The recipient must have an average of 85% and be taking a high school study program that makes him or her eligible to enter any degree program of the University and be considered as one of the top academic graduates of N.A.C.I.

NACI Safe Grad Scholarship
This award was established by the Safe Grad Committee and is awarded to a recipient who:
Is furthering studies at a university or college next year, is facing the added burden of relocation in order to pursue his/her academic studies.
Along with his/her parents/guardians have volunteered on a Safe Grad Committee or participated in Safe Grad activities.
Dasha Chekhovskaya, Mark Laus - $547.50 each
M.E. Osborne Memorial Scholarship
This award has been established in memory of M.E. Osborn by her family. It is awarded annually to a graduate who is continuing his/her education formally or through student exchange, and has persevered at his/her studies and successfully achieved his/her potential.
Tyler Enns - $500.00
Candy Brown Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is offered annually to a student who registers in a nursing program and is accepted into Year 2 of a university program or Year 1 of a practical nursing program.
Darren Galura - $600.00
