I, Melissa Payette along with my son, Cody Payette, who was born with Cerebral Palsy, have been participating in the stationary cerebral palsy bike race.
The race is held annually at the Town Centre in Brandon, MB, to help raise money for the children and young adults affected by cerebral palsy in the Westman region.
This year was our 10th year participating in the race, with a combined total of over $60,000 raised alone.
Our amazing team, Cody's Village People, brought home a third place trophy for the first time in our 10 years! We are very proud of everyone on the team! We appreciate and feel very blessed for the continued support from Neepawa and surrounding areas with pledges and prizes. We are very proud to be members of this wonderful community we call home.
