Glenella History Book Committee

Glenella History Book committee is happy to report a second book has been published on this area. On March 16, 2013 several residents from the RM of Glenella met at the Glenvilla Centre where the decision was made that the history of the area could be updated, since it was 25 years since 1,500 books were printed and all sold out.

Committee members named then were Ken Schmidt (president), Irene Sulik (secretary), Grace Single (treasurer), Mike Zuke (vice president), also Susan Puhach, Adrene Schmidt, Frances Schmidt and Rose Dayholos. Irene, Rose, Frances and Grace were also committee members for the first book, Tracks of Time. The 865 page book was produced after over four years of research.

Grace's suggestion for the title of the new book to be More Tracks of Time, was accepted. The new book, naturally, is much smaller than the first. The 300 page book was made this year after two years of receiving submissions.
