Happy Rock Horseshoes 4-H

 On Dec. 12, 2015 the Happy Rock Horseshoes 4-H Club held their second meeting at the Westbourne Longburn Community Centre. Twelve members were present.

This year, our club decided try a “buddy system”.  A buddy system is when our younger members partner with a member on the executive. We have younger members partnering with the President, Vice President, Banner Scanner, Secretary and Treasurer.  This will help the younger members learn about the jobs of the executive.          

After the meeting, we worked on our project workbooks and then had our Christmas party. We played outside and then came in for a delicious potluck dinner.  After lunch, we played some fun games! 

Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2016 at the Plumas Legion Hall.
