The Elkhorn Resort Spa & Conference Centre and Time Share Partner NCC#3 welcomes guests to the brand new $5 million pool and fitness facility.

The 10,000 square feet pool features a beach entry- kiddie pool area, a bucket brigade, a lily pad walk and lap lane. A 20 foot high water slide with a splash lane provides an exciting component to the space. Two hot tubs, one indoor and one outdoor provides a relaxing element for adults.

“We’re really pleased with how the facility turned out,” said Chris Phillips, general manager. “The 2,500 square feet patio is going to be a really popular place during summers. We’ll put out tables, chairs and lounge chairs where people can relax and enjoy a view of the grounds. ”

This modern amenity replaces a 40 year old pool and took a little over a year to complete. It houses a games room with a pool table and foosball table; and also provides a fitness room with a range of exercise equipment.

A ribbon cutting ceremony is set to take place on Nov. 7 at 1 pm to celebrate the new addition to the resort.

Elkhorn Resort opened in the 1960s and is currently owned by Gary Buckley and Ian Sarna.
