4-H group hosting Christmas movie

Our 4-H group, Helping Hands, has decided to do volunteer work in and around our town as our goal for our project this year.

We have been planning many projects, including helping residents at Country Meadows and packing a Christmas shoe box that will be sent to a girl our age somewhere in the world. 

We have an amazing event coming soon!  On Dec. 5, we will be hosting a special pyjama party Christmas movie called “Polar Express” at the Roxy.  Admission to the movie is free but we ask that you bring a non-perishable food item or a new unopened toy.  The food and toys will be donated to local families in need through the Salvation Army’s Christmas Hamper program. Popcorn, drinks and treats will be for sale.  The movie starts at 8 and we hope to see you there in your pyjamas or comfy clothing.
