The regular monthly meeting of Rivers Legion Ladies Auxiliary took place on Oct. 6; there were 17 members and two guests in attendence.

District commander Madame Irene Johnson and deputy district commander Madame Betty Persian were honored guests at the meeting. 

Members were reminded to bring to the Remembrance Day luncheon one item for the bottle table as well as two items for the bake table (with ingredients listed). Members were also encouraged to bring their raffle tickets to the next meeting.

 The next meeting will be held Nov. 3; Mesdames Lisa Smith and June Smith are on lunch.
